Birthed almost ten years ago, the Segulah Wholistic Institute’s humble beginnings came from the personal experience of its founder ChayilYah Segulah. One of her sisters needed support during her birthing journey. She was entering motherhood without a
village or an advocate. So ChayilYah took the reins and began her journey as a doula, taking on the role of a strong tower for her sister and other women who were on their unique birth journey, entering into motherhood.
With a focus on postpartum care SWI offers a Full-Spectrum Holistic Doula and
Naturopathic practice in the Houston, Texas area as well as virtually worldwide.
Segulah Wholistic Institute provides the full package when it comes to child birth. In ChayiYah’s own words, “My focus is to nurture the whole woman, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I seek to create a peaceful, loving, and supportive space for you, your partner, and your baby, where you feel safe, prepared, and strengthened.”
Since it's inception the Segulah Wholistic Institute has expanded their vision. They now include an array of offerings, restoring ancient wisdom and educating modern practitioners. They also have an online store, Treasures of Health that offers herbal remedies and a variety of health and wellness products to compliment the education opportunities offered by the Institute.
