The People Of Color Training & Research Institute (POCTRI), is committed to educating all people & to restoring hope in the African-American community.
The Mission
The People of Color Training and Research Center (POCTRC) provides holistic (mind, body, and spirit), multicultural education for individuals of all backgrounds, addressing the development of mind, body, and spirit. Through its programs, POCTRC supports youth and adults in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and the world by integrating physical, mental, and spiritual perspectives. The center also leads outreach initiatives in health education, family and cultural awareness, manhood Training and development, Black history programming, also Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) engagement.

Dr. William Emanuel aka Dr. E-Man is the Director of People of Color Training Center (POCTRC), out of Summerville and St George, SC. Born in Brooklyn, NY during the civil rights error he has a hands-on understanding of the plight of the descendants of the transatlantic slave trade. In addition, with a Doctorate Degree in Engineering focused in Sustainability, and 50 years of biblical study and research Dr. E-Man brings a very unique perspective to biblical exegesis and interpretation. Well studied and versed in eschatology and dedicated to the healing of the human condition the team at POTCRC provide in depth courses and workshops on a range of subjects to assist you in improving your quality of life and preparing for the future.
